Beyond The Artist The Trailer

“I loved Akeem’s Beyond the Artist workshop. It made me question why negative energy is holding back my performance and gave me tools to combat that. I got a chance to realise how grateful I am for everyone and everything that has gotten me to where I am today. I also learnt to love myself and take criticism constructively rather than letting it define me. I’m so glad I had the opportunity to do this workshop and will definitely take what I have discovered with me as I progress in my dance career. - Ella Crisp

“One way I would describe the workshop with Akeem, is that, it really opened me up to figuring out that I am so much stronger in myself, and all the pent up, bad energy that I had, it was easily let go of, it was easy to let it out and just start a new me”. - Ellie Newton

“The Beyond the Artist Workshop is, I believe a crucial element that focuses on the most important part of being in this profession. The human behind the performance. The workshop allowed me to take a step back from the frantic life that musical theatre profession brings and really focus on the person who brings the performance to life. The person “Beyond the Artist”. Tyler Shier.
